You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to {support email address or toll-free number}.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Mobile DNA Testing (including legal and non-legal testing)
• Mobile and In-Office Drug Testing (DOT and non-DOT)

All services are subject to availability and may require an appointment. Additional identification or documentation may be required depending on the type of service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Appointments and Payments

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
• Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm an appointment.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional discounts must be presented at the time of service.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of any deposit or full service charge.
• Refunds are not available once testing has been conducted or services rendered.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

We value your privacy. All personal and test-related information is handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws and is kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law or authorized by the client.

6. Test Results and Accuracy

• DNA and drug test results are processed by certified laboratories.
• While we take every measure to ensure accuracy, 1st Klass Mobile Lab is not responsible for delays or inaccuracies caused by third-party labs.
• Results are typically available within the timeframe communicated at the time of testing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1st Klass Mobile Lab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
